MARY McHENRY

Mary is the owner/stylist of Images Salon and Spa. Mary is passionate about hair and the integrity for exceptional service. With over 20 years of experience in the beauty industry, Mary’s knowledge and understanding has led her to build the salon and spa of her dreams. Mary is a perfectionist, which allows her to excel in precision cutting and dimensional color. She strives to provide her clients with a space they can come to relax and rejuvenate their bodies and minds. She wants her customers to leave feeling nourished from their salon experience. Mary’s favorite thing to do is spend time with her family. Being with her grand babies is time well spent in her eyes.

MALLORY SPRY

Mallory is a one of Images’ foremost blonde experts, with a passion for formal styling, and an eye for creating natural looking highlights and complimentary tones that will surely give your hair lots of shine and shimmer. Mallory’s enthusiasm for the beauty industry has lead her to train in several programs to be certified in different areas of the industry. She is a Master Bellami Stylist, certified Xtreme Lash Artist, and CND Shellac Pro. She enjoys meeting the needs of brides by creating modern hair styles. She has the ability to find the delicate balance between fulfilling each client’s individual styling desires while maintaining an open forum for self expression. When Mallory is not behind the chair she enjoys being a mom. She’s a dog lover and an absolute beach bum during summer. Mallory has been a full time stylist with Images since 2014 and is eager to follow in her mother’s foot steps.

Laurie Usilton

Laurie has 30 years of beauty industry experience and unique points of view on fashion. She enjoys all aspects of family hair care! Laurie specializes in foil highlighting, texturizing services, women and men’s cuts. She whole-heartedly believes in continuing education because beauty trends, tools, and business best practices are all changing on a daily basis! What was once the most popular style or method five years ago might now be considered prehistoric. Laurie thoroughly enjoys the company of her clients, family, and friends. She owned Classy Cuts in Chestertown, MD for six years before she decided to join her best of friends doing what she loves! Laurie is looking forward to continuing her career here in what she calls a “relaxing environment”. In Laurie’s free time she enjoys spending time with family and friends. She feels very fortunate to have her family close by. Laurie enjoys being outdoors for long walks and being on the water or at the beach. Her favorite pastime is cooking and dining out!

Samantha Akers

Samantha is an licensed esthetician that graduated from Delaware Learning Institute in 2011. She specializes in facials, waxing, brows, lashes, and more. She loves learning and staying up to date on the latest trends and treatments but most importantly she loves connecting with her clients to make them feel confident in their own skin. When she’s not in the spa, she is spending time with her kids or taking a trip to the beach. Her ultimate vacay idea is a trip to the islands! Amy Clayton

Amy brings 7 years of aesthetic industry experience to the treatment room. For 4 of those years she has been working with our team as an Esthetician. Amy aka “ The Facialist“ says her skin care treatments are two fold by addressing the immediate surface condition using yummy peels, enzymes, ampoules and products tailored to you. Combined with specialized techniques, such as, lymphatic drainage, facial reflexology, and Gua Sha massage to stimulate what’s beneath the skin to make you look rejuvenated. Sarah joined the Images team in 2018. She brings over 7 years of beauty industry experience to the salon. We asked her what exactly she’d want in her bio and she first quoted this….“If you were to ask me at 4 years old what I wanted to be when I grow up, I always said I wanted to make people pretty.” That surely stands tried and true to this day. Sarah is our head makeup artist, and specializes in blondes. She has an ever expanding passion for nail services, staying up to date on current trends and techniques. Sarah believes it’s not just about the look, she takes time to get to know her clients and make them feel comfortable, and beautiful inside and out. During her time off she loves being with her son, boyfriend and bonus kids. If she’s not starting a new DIY project, She is as close to the water as She can get! She loves traveling to new places and trying new things.

DEBBIE VANSANT

Debbie joined the Images family in 2002 when we built our new location in Worton, MD. She is a senior stylist and has over 30 years of experience in the beauty industry. Debbie spends every second of her day dedicated to her clients to make sure they walk out of our doors happier than they came in. She says “Customer service is key. They are our main priority as soon as they walk in the door!” Debbie specializes in cap and foil highlighting, texturizing services, and precision cutting.

Stephanie Blusk

Stephanie joined the Images Team in May, 2018 and has over 20 years of experience. Stephanie attended Delaware Technical Community College for nursing and graduated from Deep Muscle Therapy Center of Delaware in 2000. She worked in Delaware since she started massage, Stephanie is licensed in DE and just recently received her license in MD to be closer to home. We couldn’t be more excited to have her on our team. Stephanie says ‘I realized my passion for massage therapy when I discovered the benefits of massage. In the ensuing years I experienced, first hand, the healing power of touch. Not only does it benefit the body but it has an amazing impact on the mind and the spirit as well. My specialties are Swedish, Deep Tissue, reflexology, and body treatments. I look forward to sharing with you the amazing rewards of massage and how beneficial it truly is.’ Stephanie loves to spend time with her two beautiful daughters in her spare time. They love going to the beach and going shopping.
